CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Any cancellation before 48hrs of check in No cancellation charge.
  • Any cancellation beyond 48hrs of check in 50% of the booking amount will be charged as retention.
  • Any cancellation beyond 24hrs of check in 100% of the booking amount will be charged as retention
  • in case full refund minimum 5% charges applicable from total booking amount.

Check-in/Check-out Policy
  • Standard check-in time: 10:00 AM
  • Standard check-out time: 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional fees.
Payment Policy
  • Accept cash or debit card payments.
  • G-pay, Phone-Pay, QR Code
  • Payment for incidentals, such as room service or parking, may be required upon check-out.
Room Assignment Policy
  • Room assignments are subject to availability
  • Hotels may not guarantee specific room numbers or types.
Guest Policy
  • Hotels have a maximum 2+1(up to 5yrs.)Occupancy for premium room & 4+1(up to 5yrs.) Twin/Family suit limit.
  • Additional guests may incur extra fees.
  • Hotels may require a valid government issued ID for all guests
  • Unmarried couple is not allowed.
Pet Policy
  • Pets are not allowed
Smoking/Drinking Policy
  • No smoking please
  • No drinks allowed in rooms.
Parking Policy
  • Free parking allowed.
  • Parking may be limited, and hotels may not guarantee availability.
Refund Policy
  • Hotel is offer refunds for cancellations or unused services as per cancellation policy.
Security Deposit Policy
  • Security deposit not required.
  • Penalty will levied, if damages are found at the time of check-out.
Tax Policy
  • Exclusive of GST
